Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, product preference, or incorrect purchases.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@jtaestheticandco.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable

Our team will review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

• Prior authorization is required before returning any product.

• We only accept claims for products purchased directly through JT Aesthetic & Co.

• Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

• Any authorized returns must include the original packaging and accompanying materials when reasonably available.

• We are not responsible for unauthorized return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
